I consider myself truly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Eyal on selling my property at the Gateway House Condominiums in Miami. He came highly recommended by the property manager at Gateway House Condominiums in Miami, where my rental property was located. Also, he knew my father, who had been the one and only occupant of the condo from the time we purchased it together in 1997 to his untimely passing earlier this year. I asked Eyal to take on the task of finding a buyer for the condo shortly after laying my father to rest, and at every stage of the process, he was considerate and understanding of how the circumstances made parting with this property more complicated. He was respectful, affable, and patient with all my questions and concerns, as well as thoroughly knowledgeable in terms of the property, the building, and the HOA. In the end, he found a buyer and we closed the sale in very short order for a price I didn't dare dream was possible.
