Crystal Jones came to us by a high recommendation from close friends of ours! She’s a great negotiator and communicator! The roof on our new (to us) home didn’t ever have any leaks, but the insurance co. would not cover and damage that had to do with the roof unless it was replaced because of its age. Crystal negotiated with the sellers agent and we now have a new, inspected roof and a happy insurance agent! This came at no cost to us. Crystal had all of the specialties (title work, insurance, inspection, money lender) all on speed dial! Everything just fell into place!
