I was always kept advised of everything involving every aspect of the sale: needed repairs, contracts, counter offers, etc. etc. She was in constant contact with me either by text, e-mail or phone. She and her team handled any problems smoothly and efficiently. I never had to worry This was my 9th home sale so I can safely say I have worked with a few realtors in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Nancy handle another sale for me. I would recommend her to anyone needing a “Top Notch” professional agent for either selling or buying a home or other property.
