We contacted Leanne about a townhome for sale in Indialantic on the morning of April 14th. We made an appointment to see the unit that evening. By the time we saw the unit, there were 3 or 4 offers already submitted. She expertly guided us through the pre-approval process (has a mortgage broker on speed dial) and helped us prepare our offer so that it would be most desirable to the seller. By the time we left the unit, we had our offer accepted!!! Ultimately, there were 21 offers on the property, but we now own it. THANK YOU LEANNE HENWOOD!!!

Jennifer is very knowledgeable and excellent. It was my first time buying a property and I was scare a little bit (because of my lack of knowledge/processes), but Jennifer help me, educated me and made everything very easy to understand and to accomplish. I definitely recommend Jennifer, and I'm looking forward to work with her again in the future when I decide to buy a 2nd property.
