Barbara was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Most of our work with her was done on Zoom or over the phone, and seemed almost effortless. She had the answers we needed, when any issues or problems arose. (And I must say there were very few problems) We were very happy with all of the professionals that she recommended to us.
