I was provided two different realtors to choose from after each performed a broker market analysis on my home that I would be listing as part of my relocation. Chana was incredibly personable from the first time I met her, as well as very caring and understanding of my situation. I selected her for this reason, including that she wasn't at all pushy about my personal requests regarding the sale of my home (e.g. wanting to wait to list my home until I'd moved out of it). She was also very professional and knowledgeable (I appreciated the inclusion of her resume with the paperwork she brought on her first visit), she explained things thoroughly, and even set up necessary appointments for me since I was no longer located in the state of Florida (house cleaning, roofer). Chana made the entire process very easy and as stress-free as possible, which was immensely helpful considering my own personal circumstances. I would definitely recommend Chana as a realtor, especially for those requiring a realtor who specializes in relocations.

From the initial phone call, I knew I had made the right decision in picking her as a realtor. Gina is confident, honest and professional and she really made a stressful process in selling the house so very easy. I will forever be grateful for help and even more thankful our paths have crossed!

On our journey to fulfill the dream of buying our first home, Romina was always more than just a regular realtor. She was a friend who dreamed with us, worked hard alongside us, and was as committed to our happiness as if it were her own. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. From the moment we first started talking about it, even before we seriously began searching the market, we felt like we were in the hands of a professional whose dedication, endless patience, and knowledge would guide us through the complex real estate process and help us find our hidden gem. And that she did! Romina paid close attention to every need and desire we envisioned for our dream home, never forgetting any detail, and presented us with the perfect fit. When we reached the negotiation stage, Romina was incredible, not only advocating for our interests but also managing our anxious nerves. She was always available to answer questions, clarify concerns, or provide updates, and she made sure we understood every aspect of the legal documents, providing us with everything we needed to finalize the deal as stress-free as possible. I cannot recommend Romina highly enough to anyone in search of a dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor. We were truly blessed to have met her and hope to keep her in our lives forever.
