He guided us on Preparing the home (what to do and not do), Staging (or not), and a Marketing plan to reach people coming to the area. What really impressed me was that Tom accurately predicted profile of prospective buyers (cash and 2-4 kids), predicted how first week would go, and even predicted how the inspections would go.
