As a first time home buyer I greatly appreciated Mary Ellen's expertise, she guided me through every step of the process and made sure I understood what was going on. She is extremely communicative and answers messages/calls at nearly all hours of the day. As we were looking at houses she was very honest and forthcoming in her opinion and showed us what to look out for. When it came time to purchase, she worked with me to figure out purchase terms that I would be comfortable with and at no point did I ever feel any pressure to rush into a contract. I am loving the new house and greatly appreciated all the help she gave us!
