Craig is an outstanding agent who is always looking out for you and stays on top of things.

From the first moment we met Craig we knew we were in good hands. He came to our home complete with comps, statistics and other information to assist with our listing decisions. During his initial walk-through of our home and property he made helpful observations and suggestions to ensure the house would present well. We had 3 offers within 4 days and he helped us to select the best offer. Once the house was under contract he stayed on top of all aspects of the process. He was a very strong advocate for us during all negotiations with inspection results and addendums. He stayed in constant contact. Craig definitely made the whole selling process as expedient and stress-free as possible. We would use his services again in a heart beat.

Craig has represented us as a buyer and sellers agent and we have worked with him for years on multiple transactions. Craig is fantastic to work with. He is always on top of everything, has a no nonsense approach, and is amazing with numbers and justifications for prices. Professional, caring, and always has his clients best interests in mind. We absolutely recommend Craig for any of your real estate needs!
