Randy met with us and suggested a listing price that we all agreed upon. Then, once we got the home empty and clean, he showed up with a photographer that did an amazing job capturing the best features of mom's place. When the listing went live, the interest from buyers was intense due to Randy listing it as a "Coming Soon" listing that only agents could see...and they would be prepared to bring clients when the listing went live.
