Selling a home is an experience typically fraught with frustration and anxiety. With Jenna as our agent, it turned out to be a pleasant, nearly stress-free experience! From the moment we met Jenna it was clear she was very experienced in every aspect of real estate sales - from market assessment and pricing to marketing and presentation, through negotiations and closing - and wow did she deliver on every level! We have bought and sold many residential properties and never before encountered anyone with Jenna's excellent capabilities across the board. Not only is she a seasoned professional, but she is consistently calm, supportive, and an absolutely delightful human being! Our many inquiries, no matter how insignificant, were consistently and thoroughly addressed in a timely and reassuring manner. After each showing we received detailed feedback and follow up. We would give her more than 5 stars if we could and definitely recommend her for any buyer or seller.

She is an incredible hard working agent, always going far and beyond her normal duties and becoming a friend I can call anytime. I know her since 2018 when she helped me find a place to rent. In 2020 I asked her again to help me buy a house; After a long and arduous process of house hunting, we've got a contract accepted, after all inspections been made and with little over a week to the closing date, I called telling her the bad news: I was going to back out of the deal (it was April 2020 right when COVID hit the US)everybody was getting lay off at my job and I didn't think was going to survive the next wave of lay offs. Sure enough, Few days later, I've got laid off and Jenna was understanding telling me to do what was best for my family. 4 years later, I contacted her again hoping she will forgive and take me again as a client (Because I did not want anybody else on my side). We started the house hunting process in December and by mid January we made a few offers already. The last week of January we have a signed contract on a house we liked. From the beginning it was a difficult process, the seller was not cooperating and everything seems surreal, where the buyer side is the one pushing things to get moving and the sellers dragging his feet, not listening to his attorney and stop talking to his agent altogether. At that point, Jenna step it up and got the wheels moving, coordinating with everyone ( inspectors, appraiser, title company etc) Even calling my Lender asking if she can help somehow. After a month and half of delays and extensions, we finally close on a day where the listing agent (finally showing up just to collect a check without doing anything except putting her name on the listing) seller trying backing out until the last minute and me finally feeling relief that this situation was finally over. I truly believe, we could not close on this deal with any other agent besides Jenna. That is the value she brings when she is on your side of the Table.
