Agent Tracy Simpson was exceptional in finding us our dream house. We have been looking for a house that felt like our home for about 6 months. Tracy was very patient with us, she always found listings for us sometimes 3 in one day and even though they were not our taste she never got discouraged and kept working diligently to find us exactly what we wanted. Tracy was always a pleasure to work with, she was always honest about the quality of the properties and was never misleading. She is great at gathering information on any prospective properties so that you can make an informed decision. Very professional and great at giving advice. Overall, I would strongly recommend Agent Tracy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
