There were a few issues that came up throughout the process and she worked behind the scenes to get things taken care of so that we did not have to worry. She is very accessible at all hours. This was our first time dealing with a real estate agent on a purchase and it couldn't have been a better experience. She knows the area and the market. Dawn first “cold called” when we were still in AZ. I let her know we would be in FL the beginning of December and I would contact her then. There was just something about her that made me want to do business with her. She was not pushy but an excellent listener. Most of all, she ended with her appreciation of me taking the time to speak with her and she would look forward to hearing from me when we got to FL. The sincerity in her voice made me gravitate to her. She was one of many realtors who contacted us for the listing of our property in FL. I had many choices of realtors and Dawn stood out from the rest! As it turned out, her sincerity transcended throughout our experience together. She was always on time, always looking for our best interest, did not hesitate to spend her own money when needed, ie professional photographs, seemed very comfortable, and she especially wanted to know the specifics of the property and HOA.
