Melissa helped us Through The whole Buying Process. The whole time she was Knowledgable, she put it all together for us . She was 100% on top of the process And responsible. Always set things up, every detail was taken care and Followed through , and fixed any problem that came up. She kept in touch with us on a DAILY basis telling us about everything from finding the Perfect home for us, up to closing. (and was/is still there to help us) Very tentative to our needs, and patient through the search. She is a Shaker and a Mover! This the only review I have ever written, But Melissa was just really Great ! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She knows her business and she gets it Done! I really can't say enough about how she handles things!

Karli worked with me for a year. I was living in North Idaho. I knew where I wanted to be and what I wanted. I did have a dollar amount. With that I did not think it was possible. But she was dedicated. I'm living in my dream house! If that was not enough she helped me move in. Yes even helped me buy furniture and carried it in with me. She is the best!

I interviewed 3 real estate agents and Monica was clearly the best choice. She explained to me the market and its current status the details and methods of the company she worked for, her experience, and she gave me an excellent presentation without ever trying to over sell herself. I was very impressed and it turned out choosing Monica was a perfect decision. We had a house with some very special and unique qualities and she was patient as I waited for the perfect buyer which we wound up getting for the home. I had my own personal challenges selling the home and Monica patiently steered me through them. To say it best, Monica Perlas is a blessing and she is the agent you are looking for.

Gwyn was great in staying on top of the market and always having suggestions for a new homes. Because of her knowledge of the market, she was able to find a pre-listed house which ultimately gave me the edge I need to find my first home!
