She does her homework, example: the sellers were just giving me 3 appliances when she caught in the contract I was supposed to get 5. Good catch Sandy! She’s always for her clients and represents them well. Another words I’m glad and thankful she’s on my side. Another job well done. Thanks again Sandy.

Kristin was courteous and so pleasant. She responded to every question we had quickly and with knowledge. I so thankful she was there for us on this journey. I will highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor and will be using her to sell our condo.

When Ashley Parker works with you believe me she's got you, from the beginning to the end Ashley is on top of it. I would not think of working with anyone else. She is the G.O.A.T , thanks Ashley.

As first time home buyers, it was incredibly important to us to find a realtor that wanted to find us not just a house, but a home. From our first meeting with her, Kathy made us feel at ease with her knowledge and happily educated us through the entire process. She advocated for us at every turn of the closing process (because what wouldn’t this experience be without some last minute snafus) If we had a question, Kathy had the answer or knew who to ask to get us that answer. If you want a realtor that prioritizes their clients over their commission, Kathy walks that walk. She knows what it’s like to go through a bad real estate deal and she’s made it her mission to never let anyone else go experience it on her watch! So if you want a trusty guide through this process (with some funky aunt energy to boot) Kathy is a fantastic choice!
