We have used Mary Ann more than couple of times to purchase or sell a property. She has always gone above and beyond. Excellent commitment and communication to buy or sell. Would definitely recommend Mary Ann for any real-estate transactions.

Mary Ann is amazing! This was my first time ever selling a house and had no clue as to what I was doing or even what to expect. Mary Ann was able to guide me through the whole process with grace and understanding. She was super patient with all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my house had everything it needed to sell. She was tenacious in representing my needs when it came to negotiations and made sure that I was well represented. I would whole heartedly recommend Mary Ann to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable, fearless, and above all honest realtor. I am indeed one super happy client!!
