I want to give many thanks to Steve Steiner with Grand Star Realty of Brevard, LLC for informing me about the $15,000.00 down payment assistance program for first time homebuyers. I originally did not believe that there was actually a program like this. But it is real! I also want to thank Leann Salters Schneider for posting information about the program on facebook, without her recommendation I would have never believed this program existed. Working with Johnathan for the purchase of our home couldn't have been easier. He was extremely responsive to our calls and texts, was quick to reach out with any new information on the homes we were interested in, and he seemed to know the areas we were looking at pretty well.
