We just want to express our thanks to Donna and her broker, Karen in getting our condo sold in a timely manner. This condo needed lots of work after a long term tenant was in and it was totally remodeled through the guidance of the brokerage agency. When completed we used Donna at that office and listed it at a fair price and through several open houses, Donna got it sold. She was very good in providing feedback on all showings done by her and other agents. We now have a second unit for sale within 6 months of that sale. Again, she is dealing with exterior remodeling and still attempting to deal with showings. She is determined to get it sold! Thanks!

Brendan made my home selling journey tremendously easy. Gencher was so knowledgeable in Real Estate. We had another realtor before Gencher and there was such a difference between the two. He communicated with us to keep us on top of what was going on. He's super friendly and we felt so comfortable with him. We can't say enough about him. I have recommended him to several people in our neighborhood and hopefully they will also use him.
