Briana was a pleasure to work with. She advised me what to do to prep my condo, was honest and upfront about what needed to be done and got it under contract quickly! There was a last-minute hiccup that almost ruined the deal (due to something with the HOA out of my control), but Bri knew me — and knew I’d freak. So she hopped on it, handled it herself and I was none the wiser. Which I really appreciated because I would have been a mess if I’d known some issues had popped up at the last minute. She knows her stuff and is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the sale process and would certainly use her again and recommend her to friends and family!
