I met Mark at an open house at a time when I was really serious about buying a home. Actually I thought it would be business as usual with list of homes that did not meet the specifications I had provided. I knew I was asking for a lot while insisting that I did not want to be house poor. To my surprise the list I received from Mark did a really good job or matching the criteria I had provided. On top of that Mark followed up with me on a regular basis and modified the criteria as he learned more about what I really wanted. Mark took the lead he was extremely attentive and took the time to answer the many question I had about the properties we visited, the home buying process, neighborhoods and school and lots of other questions unique to a single female looking for a home. I felt like I could trust Mark to have my best interest at heart and that was really important to me. I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things!
