From our initial consultation, to the final closing Abdias communicated constantly, which helped ease our concerns as markets rapidly changed over the short period of time. He arranged for excellent photographs and videography, which immediately led to many open houses with his agents. Abdias consistently listened to our many questions and as soon as the right buyer came along the negotiations were smooth and the closing went very well. As mentioned , I would be more than happy to recommend Abdias and Centric Reality.

I had a great experience working with Abdias Alexandre throughout the entire process of selling my home. He was very informative, professional, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way, which made the process feel smooth and much less stressful. I actually worked with him previously when I purchased my home, and after such a positive experience, I knew I wanted to work with him again to sell it. Once again, he did not disappoint. I truly appreciate his guidance, communication, and dedication from start to finish. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Abdias is amazing! We got a house within 1 month of working with him. He responses super quick, very professional and knowledgeable. As long as I’m in the Orlando area he will be my realtor for whenever I need one again.
