I found Ariya by accident while searching for my new home. He was able to put my husband and I at ease through the new home construction process. We definitely had issues pop up during it and especially at the last minute which without Aryia, we might not have been able to move in on time. We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses.
