When the home appraisal came in low, he worked with the buyer's agent, and when the appraiser reconsidered (which is extremely rare), it appraised at the above asking price. A testament to his knowledge and ability to work with everyone in the selling process. We actually questioned why the buyer's agent was earning more commission than he was, and he once again provided many facts supporting that the buyer's agent had done a great job and provided us with an outstanding offer. Our selling process was so smooth, with his team providing weekly updates and reminders to keep the process on track. I give Kyle and his team the highest recommendation!
