She patiently showed us numerous homes that we were convinced were “the one” until we finally found the perfect new construction home for our family. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. She handled communication between the builder’s superintendent, the other realtor, inspectors, and everyone involved, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. No question was ever too small, and she always took the time to answer my many questions about the home-buying process and our new home. One thing that truly stood out was her communication. I never had to wait long for a response, and she was always available when I needed guidance or reassurance. Even before we found our home, she consistently sent us listings she thought we’d love and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. What impresses me most is that her support didn’t stop at closing. Even after the sale was complete, she has continued to be attentive, helpful, and available whenever we’ve needed her. Working with Johnathan for the purchase of our home couldn't have been easier. He was extremely responsive to our calls and texts, was quick to reach out with any new information on the homes we were interested in, and he seemed to know the areas we were looking at pretty well. The whole process ran smoothly, he explained everything to us on every document we had to sign, and the negotiation process couldn't have gone better--he knows what he's doing.
