I could go on and on. The level of professionalism and knowledge is second to none. To say he is one of the best does him no justice. I felt I was his only priority, and that meant the world to me. Mr. Frank not only found me a home in 24 hours; he helped bring me to close within three weeks knowing my situation was urgent. He and his wife are nothing short of amazing. We had an especially long journey over the span of a few years, and he hung right in there with us. Mr. Frank goes above and beyond being an agent. I never felt like a commission, and he never encouraged me to settle. Having him as a realtor is like having family during the process. He made the entire experience less stressful and even fun at times with his senses of humor. Not once did I call and he not answer. Not once did I text and he not reply. Mr. Frank checked the homes for some things that the inspector would check for, and that isn’t normally what you get in a real estate agent. If I could have him no matter what state I was moving to, I would. As frustrating as buying a house can be, he takes a tremendous amount of aggravation out of the equation. From start to finish Cari made me feel like royalty. When we started looking at houses she presented me with print outs of what we would be looking at and all the specs. She took all my calls even though we lived in opposite ends of the country and she always made me feel like a priority. She helped me fight for what I needed to close on the house in record time too! She really did it all while being so kind and patient with me.
