The most recent transaction he was able to find a qualified buyer and get a price higher than had ever been achieved in the condo complex (by a substantial amount). Blaike came in with a marketing plan that put my house on the market at a price that was well above what I expected and that it would be sold within 30 days. Due to storm damage we had to wait a few weeks until a new roof was installed to put the house on the market, but Blaike was able to set us up with a contractor to repair the interior damage at the same time th roof was being replaced and once it hit the market it was sold with an offer above the asking price on the first weekent it was listed.
