Scott Salaman is an exceptional real estate agent. Not only is he competent and knowledgeable, he is a pleasure to work with. In 2021, I reached out to Scott, wanting information about the Lake Nona area. My husband and I were considering making a move to Florida but were unsure when or it that would even happen. Yet Scott was always gracious with his time and getting us informative without any pressure which was truly appreciated. He always kept me up to date with what’s going on in the market and was diligent in sending listings that fit our specifications. When finally we were ready to come to Orlando to check out properties, he went out of his way to maximize the limited time we had to show us around and worked his magic to see as many houses as possible each time we came into town. We ended up finding some incredible properties and crazily enough, made offers on more than one house (since Lake Nona is such a competitive market). Scott was fantastic in every way each time we made a bid* and he was always upbeat that we will find the right house, which finally we did! If you want an agent who is both outstanding in his job and goes the extra mile, I would highly recommend you reach out to him. *we actually were outbid on our first offer, but Scott’s advice and handling of the negotiations were great; I couldn’t have asked for more!

George Rahi was the listing agent for a property we sold. His experience and market knowledge is second to none. He laid out a strategy that help me sell the house in quick time at slightly above asking price. George started on the 3rd of January with my listing. He got me several offers within the first week that were at price or above asking prices. He guided me in every step of the way in dealing with the many offers. The house was under contract within two weeks. I sold the house in February. This success is 100% due to George, which is not a surprise given his work ethic and market knowledge. I would add that I learned a lot throughout this process from George. I highly recommend him, as I will always use him as my realtor. I gave George the maximum 5 Stars rating and only wish that I can give him 10 Stars because that is where George should be rated.
