Working with Julie is a very positive experience mainly based on her professionalism. She is very good at solving problems that arise and getting them taken care of in a timely manner. She communicates very well and works very hard in every task she takes on. I would say that she goes above and beyond for her client.

We first met Tamara as the property manager for a house we rented until we found a house to buy. She mentioned she also is a real estate broker and could help us when we were ready. As a property manager she was excellent and promptly took care of everything we needed in the house. So we chose her to represent us as a buyer and are SO glad we did! Tamara explained the process clearly right from the beginning. She patiently took us from house to house, never pressuring us, but giving us good information and advice and answering (and re-answering sometimes) our questions. She helped us navigate a very poor buyer’s market. We finally had an offer accepted on a house that we are very happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend Tamara. She a total pro, she works hard, she LISTENS to you, and she can help you with every step along the way and after close.

Jearri and Steve were excellent agents. They kept us informed every step of the way. They shared their expertise in helping us decide how to price our home. They provided us with an extensive market analysis for our area. Jearri went to our home prior to every showing to make sure everything was in order. She even blew the leaves off our driveway and walkway before each showing. We could not ask for better service. We highly recommend Jearri and Steve. We definitely would have them as our real estate agents again.

Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!
