Mr. John and his assistant Ms. Margarita have been truly amazing. They remained patient as we looked at numerous houses--new,old, and in-between. They helped with advice when our financing feel through the first time. They were both so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and were just as happy as us when we finally closed. Kim was very communicative and responsive to our questions. Brought up things we didn’t even know to ask. Answered questions at any time of day or night- we were looking from out of state and in a different time zone.
