All I can say is only use Beatrice Miranda for any of your real estate transactions! She is so professional, communicates with you at all times and is a creative thinker to resolve any issues that might arise. She has trades that she uses regularly to hit deadlines for any repairs that might come up. The best thing that I love about Beatrice is the enthusiasm she has for your property and will hold your hand and educate you throughout the entire process. After the sale of my property I was told by the title company how wonderful Beatrice was to deal with the level of professionalism shown and they look forward to working with her again, as do I. I've been working with Rustina for over a decade now. She has successfully help my family manage two rentals over the years. In the past three years now I have sold one of those rentals and my main residence in FL. With the recent sale being our main residence she was again at the top of her game. I saw lots of houses with Shanelle and she was very patient with how picky I was being about finding a house.
