She worked hard to get home luxury listing, and showed up for showings. Debbie worked right alongside us and was honest about what update we could make without too much cost. We got constant market coverage and plenty of notice before showings. We felt she was constantly working and looking out for us. Working with other realtors came easy to her and was a benefit to us. Checking out all prospective buyers was protocol to assure people were qualified to purchase our home. Checking all prospective contracts for glitches or issues was of great service to us making us confident in all legal details. Everything was explained well and all questions answered. They were on top of every little detail and handled it such as finding information on warranties, looking at every detail of the inspection and either finding the information or getting in touch with the other realtor so she could get the information.
