As a first time home buyer, I needed hand holding. Evelyn was glad and patient enough to walk me through the process. She took time to explain each step and every piece of documentation I was signing. I was an "out of state" buyer. Evelyn made sure to recommend and visit properties within my desired criteria, and provided me with virtual tours and video tours. She never rushed me to purchase prematurely. Instead, she ensured I was making the best decision and getting the best deal for me and my young family. She was a true professional that demonstrated care and respect for not only me, as her client, but even to the homeowners I purchased from. The entire process was carried with such ease and grace. I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time home buyer and will most definitely be reaching out to Evelyn for the next property.

Tetyana has helped our family purchase and sell our Disney dream home. She does so much work to make the transactions as less stressful as possible. She is knowledgeable in investment properties and goes the extra mile. She is a great negotiator and truly looked after our interests. Easy to get a hold of and replies instantly unlike many other realtors that leave you with no updates. We felt safe and confident, and glad we had our trust in Tetyana, she exceeded our expectations on the process both times! No doubt that we will go with her for our next purchase. Thank you again! We will forever be your clients.
