Not much impresses me, but the way that Peter handled a very complex and very delicate situation between myself and my ex husband was nothing short of a miracle. For those of you that have ever had to do business with your former spouse after a nasty divorce, this probably resonates. Peter managed to play both sides fairly and effectively. We had less than a month over the Christmas holiday to pull of a small miracle for the sale and well, Peter must be an angel because not only did we do it, he got me more money than I thought I was going to get and we closed ahead of schedule! Buenas tardes quiero estresar mi agradecimiento a Vicente Virgilio, primero que todo excelente se humano, también excelente Realtor; desde el momento en que lo conocimos nos ha atendido de una manera muy profesional al principio cuando llegamos a los Estados Unidos el nos rentó una de las propiedades que tiene bajo la administración de su empresa, luego decidimos comprar nuestra primera vivienda y nos acompañó en todo momento hasta realizar la compra, también siempre estuvo en todo momento para aclararnos cualquier duda que tuviéramos, pasados dos años y medio decidimos vender la propiedad y por supuesto que mejor resultó que Vicente Virgilio ? She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder.
