Purchasing a home in a different city while living elsewhere can be quite a challenge, but not when you have the amazing Kyle Madorin from Upwell Realty by your side! Laura did a great job staging and marketing our house the first prospect that seen our house purchased our house at ask. While the market was a little turbulent and most houses were sitting on the market for 100+ days we were able to sell an under a month. She was pleasant to work with and flexible and honest.
