Jearri and Steve were excellent agents. They kept us informed every step of the way. They shared their expertise in helping us decide how to price our home. They provided us with an extensive market analysis for our area. Jearri went to our home prior to every showing to make sure everything was in order. She even blew the leaves off our driveway and walkway before each showing. We could not ask for better service. We highly recommend Jearri and Steve. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!

Scott Salaman is an exceptional real estate agent. Not only is he competent and knowledgeable, he is a pleasure to work with. In 2021, I reached out to Scott, wanting information about the Lake Nona area. My husband and I were considering making a move to Florida but were unsure when or it that would even happen. Yet Scott was always gracious with his time and getting us informative without any pressure which was truly appreciated. He always kept me up to date with what’s going on in the market and was diligent in sending listings that fit our specifications. When finally we were ready to come to Orlando to check out properties, he went out of his way to maximize the limited time we had to show us around and worked his magic to see as many houses as possible each time we came into town. We ended up finding some incredible properties and crazily enough, made offers on more than one house (since Lake Nona is such a competitive market). Scott was fantastic in every way each time we made a bid* and he was always upbeat that we will find the right house, which finally we did! If you want an agent who is both outstanding in his job and goes the extra mile, I would highly recommend you reach out to him. *we actually were outbid on our first offer, but Scott’s advice and handling of the negotiations were great; I couldn’t have asked for more!
