We were ready to sell our rental home in Haines City and connected with Katrina after interviewing numerous agents. She gave us a quick and honest opinion of repairs and updates needed to get the top dollar for our home. She and her team coordinated all the bids and vendors and took care of every detail! We were under contract quickly and even with buyer’s side delays, Katrina drove the conversation to help buyer’s agent to get her client to closing. Top notch, detailed and energetic team to get our home sold. Highly recommend!

We just happened upon Jessica by chance as my realtor sister in law was on vacation - and we needed to look at a property. We met Jessica for the first time at a viewing She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable - provided so much detail about the property - also came prepared with comps for homes in the area She was very thorough - Jessica show us many houses - always very prompt and keen attention to details - provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision After seeing many houses and offer we were able to to get 1 offer accepted - all because Jessica too the time to reach out to the Seller agent - and that sealed the deal for us. Would definitely use Jessica again and recommend to friends and family
