We just happened upon Jessica by chance as my realtor sister in law was on vacation - and we needed to look at a property. We met Jessica for the first time at a viewing She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable - provided so much detail about the property - also came prepared with comps for homes in the area She was very thorough - Jessica show us many houses - always very prompt and keen attention to details - provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision After seeing many houses and offer we were able to to get 1 offer accepted - all because Jessica too the time to reach out to the Seller agent - and that sealed the deal for us.
