I was selling the house in Florida and living in canada so I could not contribute in any physical way in its preparation .. Joyce did everything to help .. and I mean everything !! AC replacement (multiple quotes) Screen repair ( made all the arrangements) Fridge replacement ( made all the arrangements) Misc other small details to help the house show well . So is short .. Joyce showed great personality traits .. the most important one , I feel , is being honest and being trustworthy !! Thank you Joyce !!

She has taken me to see múltiple homes and sge has been very patient with my picky request. She is very honest and I can tell she wants me to buy the house I really want. She always tells me You will know thats the home when we find it; which makes me feel confident that she cares about what I want.
