I feel so lucky to have had Rick represent us in our home buying process! We went under contract with one of his listings right before Idalia hit and the house got totally flooded and had to be completely renovated. The whole process was a lot to handle and manage, and not only did Nick make sure we got additional credits to mitigate some of the damage that couldn't get fixed in time for the closing, but he supported us and our decision making process throughout the whole time. He was so patient and reassuring, and when all was said and done, we made it through with our new home that we're so excited about. I honestly think we might have walked away from the deal if it wasn't for Nick, and I'm so grateful we didn't. Highly recommend!!!

I cannot say enough about the dedication and energy of Ms. Mary Dees. When she says she’ll get it done… she gets it done and then some!!! She went above and beyond expectations !! I had a really really tough sale/situation and was feeling a bit hopeless, overwhelmed, and stressed. Mary was a Godsend !!! I truly believe NO ONE would have taken on this task!!!
