Wonderful Experience and Top Tier Service

We are incredibly grateful to have had Marie and her team guide us through the house hunting and eventual purchase of our home. We are from out of state and were apprehensive about not knowing the area, process nor the market. Marie put us at ease, focused our search, and offered excellent advice. Once we found our house, she successfully navigated the transaction on our behalf in a professional and respectful manner. Marie and her team connected us with top tier professionals for Title, Inspections, and Insurance. Marie's team went above and beyond to answer our questions and advocate on our behalf. They were incredibly responsive and always courteous and professional. We have purchased several homes and without hesitation can say that Marie and her team provided the best experience by far. We wholeheartedly recommended Marie and her team, you won't regret it!

Knowledgeable and Helpful

I enjoyed working with Leonard, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Short Term Rental in the Orlando area. He was professional and looked out for my interests throughout the process.

A Go Getter

I would not have gotten my house without Leonard. My house was listed at 10 pm and I saw the listint 30 minutes later so I texted Leonard immediately that I wanted to tour the home. He had it scheduled for 9:30 am the next morning. I saw the house and fell in love with it and told him I wanted to make an offer (this was my first mind you). The house had recently been renovated and Leonard counciled me on my offer and I went with his advice. I'm so glad I did because not only was the offer competitive enough to get accepted but Leonard was constantly updating me and telling me he was in contact with the seller to get my offer accepted and it was accepted the day after. I later found out that there were 14 other offers but because Leonard was constantly following up with the seller and inquiring what we had to do to make a deal, I got it. Definitely would not be here without him and I could not recommend him enough.
