A Go Getter

I would not have gotten my house without Leonard. My house was listed at 10 pm and I saw the listint 30 minutes later so I texted Leonard immediately that I wanted to tour the home. He had it scheduled for 9:30 am the next morning. I saw the house and fell in love with it and told him I wanted to make an offer (this was my first mind you). The house had recently been renovated and Leonard counciled me on my offer and I went with his advice. I'm so glad I did because not only was the offer competitive enough to get accepted but Leonard was constantly updating me and telling me he was in contact with the seller to get my offer accepted and it was accepted the day after. I later found out that there were 14 other offers but because Leonard was constantly following up with the seller and inquiring what we had to do to make a deal, I got it. Definitely would not be here without him and I could not recommend him enough.
