Gwen worked with us for almost a year while we searched for a home for our family of 8 near downtown. We had very specific criteria and she took all of our needs into account when sending us properties to view. Gwen was always very responsive and extremely meticulous in sending us all information regarding each property- with statistics on neighborhood, schools, safety, etc. When we finally landed on a house (in a market with very low inventory), she was able to get us the best deal possible. The selling agent was very difficult to deal with, but Gwen was a complete professional and an extraordinary negotiator. Major renovations were agreed to be done prior to closing in a short period of time, and Gwen was on top of it. She made sure all work was done by a licensed professional and all permits and inspections completed as well as all warranties transferred and receipts sent to us. We even encountered a few hiccups on the day of closing and she patiently worked with the seller/agent to make sure everything was in order so we would feel 100% comfortable at the closing. As a matter of fact, the seller had left a few larger items behind in the backyard, and she continued to work with them even after closing to make sure everything was removed. We have bought and sold over a dozen homes and have never worked with a better agent.
