Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

She handled communication between the builder’s superintendent, the other realtor, inspectors, and everyone involved, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. No question was ever too small, and she always took the time to answer my many questions about the home-buying process and our new home. One thing that truly stood out was her communication. I never had to wait long for a response, and she was always available when I needed guidance or reassurance. Even before we found our home, she consistently sent us listings she thought we’d love and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. What impresses me most is that her support didn’t stop at closing. Even after the sale was complete, she has continued to be attentive, helpful, and available whenever we’ve needed her. Shelley successfully coordinated the preparation of my house so that it would secure a high sale price. She had contractors, from handymen to electricians, complete work that was needed. I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. Shelley organized my possessions and either arranged for them to be stored two hours away at a location near my sister's residence or sold them at auctions she organized. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work.
