Kim takes the time to listen to what you want and show you houses throughout the week that meet the guidelines you set or houses you asked to see. She has fully has your back and will let you know if a house is over priced. She has renovation experience and will let you know what she would do in your shoes if a house may be a fixer upper. I firmly believe Kim has your best interests in mind when working as your real estate agent and you will be pleased with your final outcome on whatever you decide to purchase.

Wanda was amazing and truly efficient. She’s engaged from start to finish. Communications were timely and her property searches were spot on.
