I recently moved from South Florida to the Tampa Bay area. The process was very stressful at first considering how fast and overly priced the market was behaving. Also, since I was 5 hrs away from the area and not familiar with the area, it was very difficult and emotional to figure out which area to look for. After more than 6 months looking and driving up for 1 single appointment during a weekend, I was lucky enough to find Cari Bowers. Cari's experience in working with picky buyers and relocation buyers truly made a difference. She was accommodating ( I changed my search criteria on her multiple times!) and she would book multiple appointments in a day so that I could get the most out of everyone of my trips. Cari offers professional help, excellent expertise in selling and buying real estate property and personalized attention. An added bonus is her sweet personality and aptitude during the process.

We connected with Claire and immediately felt she was the right person to help us find our new home. She worked with us over some months and to be honest I thought she would give up on us as all the homes she showed us were close to what we were looking for but none hit the mark. But she kept looking, learning from us at every showing, and finally showed us what was to be our new home. Claire is truly a star. She has a wonderful easy going nature all the while kept a laser focus on our requirements. He knowledge of the local area and in particular the local communities, amenities, HOA's, and the "flavor" of each community is second to none. We were lucky to have found Claire and entirely without reservation give her my highest recommendation.

She was very kind, passionate & had my best interest at the forefront of the buying process. Even after we closed she was still working hard to make sure things that needed fixed by the seller was getting done. She also would check in to make sure everything was ok with us. She took my call whenever I called whether it was night, day or weekends. She even answered my call when she was on a family weekend away. She spoke to me as a person & not a commission. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me with my home buying needs. Not to mention the experience & knowledge she had of the field was more than helpful. I can not praise her enough!

I truly do not know where to begin. I was looking to purchase my first home (I was lost as to where to begin) and I asked my friend for a recommendation, and he informed me that Greg helped him with his home purchase, so I figured I’d give Greg a shot. From the first point of contact all the way through closing, and even after that, Greg has consistently remained the most attentive, professional, and courteous representative I’ve ever dealt with, from ANY company. (BMW has great service, and I thought that was the best until I’ve worked with Greg) he has made this process one of the most easiest things I’ve done in my life, and I guess buying a house really can be simple as long as you are equipped with a realtor that knows the inns and out of every little thing you could possibly think of. I’m so happy with my new house, and it’s all because Greg made it happen. If Greg was a lawyer, I’d hire him because of how sharp and precise he is in his explanations, his swift responses, and expedited services. On a scale of 1-10, overall, I’d give Greg a 20.
