Core Group Real Estate has an incredible team - Cheryl was brilliant in her presentation, knowledgeable about the market & savvy about what I should do to get the best price. Whitney photographed the house beautifully & Cheryl used the pics & video to market the house successfully. Joe Takas was always available to show a house or expertly answer a question. Justin Core brings excellence, drive & determination to the team. My house had some big location challenges - but Core Group never flagged - they were always excited about selling the house & eager to help me find a new home. I recommmend Cheryl to anyone who wants to sell their house for top dollar, while being treated to delightful conversation & quick responses.
