Maria is the best realtor and person you can encounter in Central Florida. She was attentive at all hours of the day and even on weekends and holidays, she was available to answer questions or handle any concern that I had. She worked around my tedious schedule and made this process easy and stress free. She was even able to handle issues outside of the scope of home buying/selling (alarm systems) . I always recommended Maria to anyone that is looking for a house because I know Maria will make it happen and that she genuinely cares about the client. I will continue to refer my friends to Maria and I plan on using Maria in my next home purchase.

Deirdre is who you want in your corner when purchasing a home. She will go the extra mile and then some to make sure all is well throughout the process of purchasing a home. Even with how tight the market is currently we were still able to negotiate a fair price on the home we purchased. Deirdre even got a few extras tossed into the deal.
