Jann was wonderful. She went above and beyond and even got us into the house to rent before closing as we had already sold out house and had to move. We are also buying lot next to us through her. You will not be disappointed when you call Jann!

Our experience was very pleasant. The process rolled along very smooth. Tim was very good about keeping us on track when certain documents needed to be signed. Tim answered all of our questions about the house and was very knowledgeable on electrical and plumbing .Tim stayed in touch with us during the process ,and we were able to talk to him when needed . We truly appreciated the realtor gift of keying the locks all the same, Thank You Tim.
