We were referred Karen by some friends, and from our very first conversation, she wanted to do more than just learn what we were looking for in a home. She genuinely wanted to get to know us as people. We were immediately impressed by how kind, communicative, and knowledgeable she was. As first time homebuyers we didn't know escrow from an elbow but Karen guided us through every step of the process. She made sure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident in every decision we made. We ended up running into some major issues with our builder and their sales representative, and Karen handled everything with incredible professionalism. She advocated for us every step of the way no matter how big or small our concerns were or what time of day they came up. Knowing she was in our corner made an incredibly stressful process so much easier. I truly can't imagine there is a realtor more meticulous, passionate, or dedicated than Karen. If we ever decide to sell our home there is no question who we'll be calling. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for us and we recommend her without hesitation.

Abe was great at communicating he would always ask if the house could be showed and let us know if times changed. He negotiated after the inspection was completed and the final sale price. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience of selling and then buying.

My first encounter with Susanne was on Facebook. I thought to myself, who meets a realtor on Facebook? After our first conversation, that nervousness turned into anticipation, hopefulness and most importantly, trust. There was a calm yet positive demeanor about her. Although she knew I was not ready to purchase, she assured me to take my time and she created an account for me and sent different homes for me to look at immediately. One of Susanne's many strengths besides being very resourceful is patience. I constantly changed the location of where I wanted to live. Nevertheless, Susanne never showed annoyance towards me. She kept reminding me this journey is about me and the house I want. I really appreciated Susanne for allowing me to take my time and not feel rushed. A year later, we found the perfect house for me. I am grateful for her cheerfulness, always answering the phone and listing to me being indecisive, knowledgeable in her field, her professionalism, sense of humor and most of all; knowing that she had my best interested at heart. I highly recommend Susanne especially as she made me feel like I was the only client she had.

Judy did a wonderful job selling my condo. It was sold the day after I signed a contract with her. She has a good team and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend her!
