We first met Tamara as the property manager for a house we rented until we found a house to buy. She mentioned she also is a real estate broker and could help us when we were ready. As a property manager she was excellent and promptly took care of everything we needed in the house. So we chose her to represent us as a buyer and are SO glad we did! Tamara explained the process clearly right from the beginning. She patiently took us from house to house, never pressuring us, but giving us good information and advice and answering (and re-answering sometimes) our questions. She helped us navigate a very poor buyer’s market. We finally had an offer accepted on a house that we are very happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend Tamara. She a total pro, she works hard, she LISTENS to you, and she can help you with every step along the way and after close.

She took the time to meet with us and figure out what we want, and what we don't want, and took that information and turned it into a house hunting plan. The selections she made were on point, and she plotted out the viewings in a time efficient way. We wound up purchasing one of the homes she found and we're so happy! I've worked with other agents in the past, and Mariela was the absolute best!

Very responsive and honest. Made sure we didn't pay to much for a home that was not worth the price. Also had good insight into looking for possible issues at homes including finding a drainage issue at one home that we almost bought, allowing us to back out and avoid costly repairs.
